We recommend the Hyatt Regency Reston because it sits in the heart of Reston Town Center, surrounded by restaurants, bars, and gathering spots within walking distance. This is where many attendees will naturally connect each evening, making it the ideal place to stay if you’d like to be part of the group outside of program hours.

All of these are great options—if you prefer convenience to the venue, stay in Chantilly. If you want to be where the group gathers in the evenings, Reston Town Center is the better choice (about a 10–15 minute drive). 

Spring in Chantilly is a little bit of everything—sometimes all in one week!
May weather is typically mild, with highs in the 70s and lows in the 50s, but the current forecast is showing sunshine with highs near 80° and a chance of rain.

Business casual attire is perfect for all events. Meeting rooms can run cool, so we recommend dressing in layers and packing a light jacket or sweater to stay comfortable throughout the day.

A small umbrella might come in handy too—just in case spring decides to show off!

If you're flying in from out of town, we recommend renting a car or planning to use Uber/Lyft to travel between your hotel and the lab each morning and evening.
